The Villa |
| Our wonderful villa is located in the exclusive gated community at Tivoli Manor just a mile or so off Interstat 4 (I-4) on US 27. |
Our spacious living area comprises family room including cable TV, DVD/video, a selection of books and games for those rare rainy day. Sliding patio doors lead out to the lanai, deck and pool. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Breakfast bar with stools.

Master bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, walk-in closet with safe, cable TV and DVD player, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer. Doors open directly from both bedroom and bathroom on to the pool area.

Master bedroom 2 has an attractive bay window, double bed, built in closet, cable TV and DVD player, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3 & 4 both with twin beds, cable TV, sharing a family bathroom with tub and shower over. Both have built in closet. Bedroom 3 also has a PS2 console and Bedroom 4 has a Gamecube. Both have a small selection of games.

Pool area 28' x 14' private pool with extended deck, patio furniture and loungers for those lazy days by the pool.
